Fairing is a profitable, venture-backed SaaS platform that helps over 3,000 brands measure marketing performance through survey-based insights. Founded in 2018, the company has grown 8x since 2021 and raised $4.5M from True Ventures. As iOS privacy changes erode traditional tracking, Fairing has become the "truth layer" for marketing teams managing millions in spend.
This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the CEO. You will own strategic relationships with Fairing's top ~250 customers, who drive nearly 40% of revenue. These are sophisticated marketers at brands like Bombas and Thorne, requiring a strategic partner rather than traditional support.
In your first 90 days, you will: take over the strategic account book from founders, establish a quarterly business review rhythm, audit and own the annual renewals process, engage with customers in live chat and Slack to address complex measurement strategy questions, and design scalable workflows and automated touchpoints.
Longer term, you will: diagnose attribution blind spots and guide question design; own net revenue retention and identify expansion opportunities; create processes, models, and AI-augmented workflows that allow a lean team to deliver enterprise-quality strategy at scale.
You bring 3-10 years of experience in marketing measurement, ideally on the brand side running media/measurement or in a strategic martech/agency role. You have lived the pressure of million-dollar budgets and broken attribution. You are a builder with a track record of creating tangible systems and processes. You communicate complex concepts with nuance to senior stakeholders and think commercially about customer success and growth.
The role is hybrid in Midtown Manhattan (3 days/week in office), with openness to exceptional remote candidates. Compensation: $110,000–$140,000 base USD, plus 0.10%–0.25% equity. US work authorization required; visa sponsorship not available.
