Skyflow is seeking a Customer Programs Manager to orchestrate end-to-end delivery of implementations for strategic enterprise customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact from contract signing through successful go-live, managing complex, bespoke implementations alongside Product Managers and Solutions Architects.
In this role, you will own the full customer program lifecycle: understanding data architectures, analyzing datasets, running and troubleshooting data pipelines, interacting with APIs, validating data flows, and resolving integration issues. You'll partner with customer technical teams to identify implementation gaps, gather requirements, assess constraints, and develop practical solutions. You'll coordinate large-scale data migrations and AI data sanitization use cases, building deep expertise in Skyflow's Privacy Vault, Privacy APIs, SDKs, and integration capabilities to guide customers in designing secure, scalable, privacy-first data architectures.
You will orchestrate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and other internal teams to deliver bespoke solutions, manage dependencies, and resolve technical blockers. You'll establish program goals, milestones, operating models, communication plans, and success criteria, ensuring clear accountability and visibility. Proactively managing customer expectations, you'll communicate risks and trade-offs transparently and confidently challenge assumptions when necessary to protect successful delivery.
You'll build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, understand their business objectives and end-user challenges, and translate those needs into actionable technical implementation plans. You'll drive continuous improvement across implementation processes, identifying recurring challenges and incorporating customer feedback to help scale successful implementations. You'll communicate program progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to both customer stakeholders and internal leadership, and travel to customer sites as needed to support implementation workshops and strategic engagements.
