Kairon Health is an AI-native execution platform for healthcare that transforms fragmented claims and clinical data into workflows helping ACOs and health networks capture shared savings in real time. The company is seed-stage, under 10 people, with live customers managing real patient populations and proven impact ($30M in financial value and 7,000 additional preventive visits across a single customer in 2025).
As Customer Operations Associate, you report to the Director of Customer Operations and serve as the daily operational engine. You translate customer needs into clear, scoped work; keep account workstreams on track across teams; and close every loop back to the customer. You operate at the seam between customers and engineering, spotting where customers could extract more value and triaging issues before they escalate.
Key responsibilities include: daily support triage (turning customer messages into owned, due-dated work); first-line troubleshooting (reproducing data/metric issues, gathering evidence, resolving directly or creating clean tickets for Engineering); customer health monitoring (tracking KPIs, usage, adoption trends, identifying risks and opportunities); customer value analysis (translating platform usage into insights for leadership and stakeholders); proactive communications (identifying education and outreach opportunities); renewal and growth support (contributing analysis to expansion conversations); operational coordination (keeping workstreams moving across Engineering, Product, Sales); client meeting support (preparing materials, joining calls, capturing follow-ups); onboarding execution (checklists, configuration validation, user setup, training); voice of customer (bringing feedback and trends into internal product strategy); knowledge base management (improving customer-facing resources based on analytics and feedback); and weekly operating cadence (running priority reports, preparing for bug blitzes, supporting health reporting).
Success in the first 90 days means: Days 1–30, owning daily support triage end-to-end with clear scoping and building account fluency; Days 31–60, keeping workplans current, running weekly reports independently, and contributing meaningful analysis; Days 61–90, resolving or cleanly scoping most first-line issues before Engineering, proactively surfacing health and adoption insights, and maintaining follow-up plans for low-adoption accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–4 years in operations, implementation, technical support, or consulting where you owned execution and outcomes
- Strong written communication (diplomatic customer emails, crisp engineering handoffs)
- Highly organized; energized by juggling many concurrent priorities
- Data fluency: comfortable in spreadsheets and structured data; can spot duplicates, bad identifiers, anomalous metrics
- Daily AI-tool user (adopted because it makes you faster)
- Systems-thinker: instinct on recurring problems is to fix the process, not just the instance
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Healthcare, value-based care, or ACO exposure (or genuine eagerness to learn shared savings, quality measures, AWVs)
- SQL, Snowflake, or dashboard/analytics familiarity
- Experience supporting software implementations or customer onboarding
