Motive is a fleet operations and safety platform serving nearly 100,000 customers across transportation, logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, agriculture, food & beverage, retail, and the public sector. The platform combines safety, operations, and finance management with AI-driven automation. You will own and execute Motive's reviews program and customer content operations as a hands-on individual contributor. This role sits at the intersection of customer advocacy and go-to-market execution, directly influencing pipeline, competitive positioning, and search visibility. Key responsibilities include: **Reviews Program Ownership:** Manage Motive's presence on G2, TrustRadius, TrustPilot, Capterra, and Gartner Peer Insights. Run end-to-end review generation campaigns including customer targeting, outreach sequencing, incentivization, and follow-up. Deliver quarterly G2 content plans and enablement packages to stakeholders. Partner with the AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) team to align review strategy with search visibility goals. Track review volume, ratings trends, and competitive benchmarks, surfacing insights and risks to leadership. Coordinate internal review response workflows and flag feedback patterns to Customer Success and Product teams. **Customer Content & Asset Management:** Conceptualize and execute customer content strategies to drive engagement and conversion. Coordinate customer outreach, scheduling, approvals, and consent for advocacy content and testimonials. Maintain a clean, well-tagged repository of customer proof points for Sales and Marketing use. Ensure all customer content stays current, accurate, and activated across the business. **Program Execution & Operations:** Manage timelines, logistics, follow-ups, and asset delivery across all programs. Build and maintain documentation, trackers, and workflows that keep advocacy operations organized and visible to cross-functional partners. Ensure every customer-facing experience is timely, thoughtful, and reflects well on Motive. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to surface advocacy candidates and keep the content pipeline moving. **Measurement & Reporting:** Track and report on review volume, ratings performance, content asset utilization, and outreach conversion rates. Use data to sharpen targeting, improve messaging, and identify gaps or untapped opportunities. Success looks like consistent review volume growth and positive ratings across platforms, a quarterly review content cadence that sales and marketing teams actively use, a current and organized customer content library actively pulled into deals and campaigns, measurable visibility gains from AEO partnership, customers feeling respected and valued, and internal teams trusting timely delivery and customer relationship protection. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience - 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advocacy, or content operations within a B2B technology company - Hands-on experience managing review platforms such as G2, TrustPilot, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, or Capterra - Strong organizational skills with a track record of keeping complex programs on track across multiple stakeholders - Clear, customer-friendly written communication skills, including ability to write outreach, coordinate approvals, and contribute to customer stories - Familiarity with customer marketing or advocacy tools such as Peerbound, and project management tools such as Asana, is a plus - Ability to work cross-functionally without direct authority and influence outcomes through relationship building and follow-through - Experience with AEO, SEO, or search-adjacent marketing concepts is a strong plus - Experience in industries with physical operations, such as transportation, logistics, field service, or construction, is a plus
