As Customer Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing initiatives focused on the customer base, driving engagement, retention, and expansion revenue. This role bridges customer success and marketing, developing campaigns and programs that showcase customer value, drive product adoption, and generate case studies and testimonials. You will work cross-functionally with customer success, sales, and product teams to identify expansion opportunities and create targeted marketing content that resonates with existing customers. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing customer marketing strategies; creating and managing customer-focused campaigns (email, webinars, events, content); building customer advocacy and reference programs; measuring campaign performance and ROI; collaborating with customer success to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; and producing customer success stories and case studies. You will manage a small team or work independently depending on scope, own budget allocation for customer marketing initiatives, and report on metrics including engagement rates, retention impact, and revenue influence. The role requires strong project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate customer feedback into compelling marketing narratives.
