Hyperexponential is an AI-powered insurance platform trusted by nearly 50 of the world's largest insurers, backed by a16z, Highland Europe, and Battery Ventures. The company is transforming how the insurance industry makes critical decisions about risk and pricing through data, AI, and human expertise. As Customer Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end production of customer case studies and testimonials—a critical driver of growth in the insurance industry, where reputation and practitioner voices carry significant weight. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders at hyperexponential and at some of the world's largest insurers to build authentic, mutually beneficial customer relationships. Key responsibilities include: delivering two published case studies per quarter (written, video, or other formats); producing two additional pieces of customer-contributed content quarterly; building and continuously improving the case study recruitment and production process; growing engagement across the underwriting community via events, email, and LinkedIn; managing award submissions to increase industry recognition; and editing short-form content for promotion and lead generation. You'll need demonstrated experience taking customer stories from concept through publication while coordinating multiple senior stakeholders; building content programs where relationship management is as important as output; producing and editing written and video content independently; growing audiences or generating leads through social content, particularly LinkedIn; strong instincts for positioning and messaging; and a track record of improving processes that stick. This role offers real ownership from day one, working at the intersection of product marketing and customer success in a fast-growing, well-funded company with a supportive, intellectually rigorous team culture.
