Immutable is a high-growth gaming platform founded in 2018 that has reached unicorn status (AUD $3.5B valuation) with 700+ games building on its platform. The company combines AI-driven analytics, performance tools, and digital ownership technology to help game studios grow and succeed.
As Customer Growth Lead, you will own performance marketing end-to-end for a portfolio of game studios. This is a high-autonomy, hands-on role reporting directly to leadership. You will plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns; set up and tune ad networks and user acquisition channels; design launch growth plans for studio partners; own email, CRM, and lifecycle programs for player retention; onboard studios onto Immutable's Audience growth products; manage a budget and reallocate spend based on data; and build repeatable growth playbooks that scale across multiple studios.
You should bring hands-on performance and paid marketing experience with a track record of personally running and optimizing campaigns. Practical experience setting up and optimizing ad networks or user acquisition is essential. You need end-to-end growth craft across paid, lifecycle, email, and launch strategies. Comfort owning budgets and making data-led allocation decisions is critical. Lifecycle and retention marketing experience across email and CRM platforms is required. Fluency with martech tooling and onboarding customers onto growth products is expected. You must operate with high autonomy, drive your own outcomes, build trust, and represent Immutable credibly. Daily comfort using AI for copy, creative, reporting, and optimization is important.
Gaming industry or games user acquisition background is ideal but not required. Experience in adtech, e-commerce, or retail growth at pace is a bonus. This role is perfect for an operator who does the work rather than advises, with genuine hands-on expertise ready to scale a growth engine across the business.
