Immutable is a high-growth gaming platform founded in 2018 that has reached unicorn status (AUD $3.5B valuation) with 700+ games building on its platform. The company combines AI-driven analytics, performance tools, and digital ownership technology to help game studios grow and succeed. As Customer Growth Lead, you will own performance marketing end-to-end for a portfolio of game studios across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role reporting directly to leadership, where you will operate independently in your region and shape how studios grow on Immutable's platform. Key responsibilities include: planning, launching, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns for game studios; setting up and tuning ad networks and user acquisition channels; designing and running launch growth plans for studio partners; owning email, CRM, and lifecycle programs for player retention and re-engagement; onboarding studios onto Immutable's Audience growth products; managing a budget and reallocating spend based on performance data; and building repeatable growth playbooks that scale across multiple studios. You should bring hands-on performance and paid marketing experience with a track record of personally running and optimizing campaigns. Practical experience setting up and optimizing ad networks or user acquisition is essential. You need end-to-end growth craft across paid, lifecycle, email, and launch strategies, comfort owning budgets and making data-led decisions, and fluency with martech tooling. High autonomy, strong communication, and daily comfort using AI are critical. Gaming industry or games UA background is ideal but not required; experience in adtech, e-commerce, or retail growth at pace is valuable. Immutable offers competitive global base salaries, employee stock options, flexible working (hybrid in Sydney, remote elsewhere with WeWork access), professional development budget (USD $1,350/year), health and wellness support (USD $800/year), generous parental leave (12 weeks paid, gender-neutral), and additional benefits including counseling services, ClassPass subsidy, and extra annual leave days.
