The company recently became part of Google, combining its technology with Google's Threat Intelligence and Security Operations capabilities. As a Customer Experience Manager (CEM), you will serve as a trusted advisor to strategic enterprise customers, guiding them through their multi-year cloud security journey. You'll own diverse projects and initiatives focused on cloud security, collaborating across Sales, Support, Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver transformational outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Taking ownership of customer projects with emphasis on cloud security best practices and adoption - Building and maintaining strong relationships from day-to-day technicians to CISO-level executives - Establishing deep understanding of customer business vision, culture, and cloud security requirements - Evangelizing Wiz value and influencing customers to adopt appropriate secure solutions - Guiding customers through post-onboarding adoption stages with focus on robust security implementation - Identifying and pursuing strategic cloud security opportunities to deepen product use or expand to new business units - Providing TCO analysis and business case assessments aligned with customer security objectives - Driving customer enablement through comprehensive training strategies for technical and non-technical roles - Implementing governance structures that prioritize security aspects of the partnership - Solving customer security challenges innovatively while overcoming internal political blockers You'll leverage extensive experience with large-scale transformations and deep knowledge of cloud security to accelerate customer adoption, define key milestones, remove blockers, and ensure secure workload migrations. Minimum qualifications: 5+ years as a CSM, AE, PM, or similar customer-facing strategic role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: proven track record with Fortune 100 customers on cloud-based technology and deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models.
