LangChain is hiring a Customer Engineer for Enablement to work with enterprise customers building AI agents in production. You'll own the technical onboarding and education experience for new customers, ensuring their teams can build effectively on the LangChain platform from day one.
In this role, you'll design and deliver hands-on workshops for enterprise teams, run focused advisory sprints to help customers work through architecture and evaluation challenges, and create scalable enablement assets like tutorials and best-practice guides. You'll also build internal agents and tools that make the Enablement team more efficient, and serve as the voice of the customer inside LangChain, feeding friction points back to Product and Engineering.
You'll work independently managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously, staying current on agent engineering practices, and translating complex technical concepts for both individual developers and enterprise stakeholders. Travel up to 20% for customer engagements is expected.
You bring 3+ years building LLM and agent applications with real production experience designing agent architectures and evaluation strategies. You're comfortable writing and debugging Python code live in front of customers. You have 2+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Enablement, Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering) with experience designing and delivering live workshops. You genuinely enjoy teaching and prefer leaving customers more capable than impressed.
Nice-to-haves include hands-on LangSmith experience, production AI agent deployments using LangChain or LangGraph, cloud environment familiarity (AWS, GCP, Azure), and TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
