Alteryx is seeking a Customer Advocacy Manager to own and grow an established customer advocacy program that celebrates the company's best customers and turns their success into market-influencing stories. This role sits at the intersection of community building, storytelling, and cross-functional partnership, with visibility across Sales, Product Marketing, and company events.
Key responsibilities include managing a curated group of elite customer advocates with day-to-day engagement and recognition opportunities; running the annual customer awards program end-to-end (nominations, judging, recognition); identifying customers with compelling stories and conducting interviews to extract narratives that resonate with the market; partnering with Product Marketing to align customer stories with product messaging; driving case studies and customer videos from identification through publication, coordinating with video vendors and internal writers; sourcing and preparing customers to speak at events, webinars, and public forums; fulfilling PR and analyst relations requests for customer references and quotes; and matching customers to opportunities across sales enablement, campaigns, and events.
The role requires strong internal relationships with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, PR/AR, Events, and broader Marketing teams, as well as external relationships with advocates to maintain a robust pipeline of stories and speakers.
