HackerRank is hiring a Customer Account Manager to own relationships with strategic enterprise customers. You'll guide them through adoption, expansion, and long-term success, acting as the captain for your accounts and orchestrating internal and customer teams to drive measurable business impact.
In this role, you'll maintain deep functional knowledge of HackerRank's products and competitive landscape. You'll own and manage your Book of Business, driving adoption, retention, and expansion across enterprise customers through partnership and outcomes. You'll develop account strategies that connect customer objectives with HackerRank's mission, ensuring long-term value realization and growth.
You'll build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and technical leaders, embedding HackerRank into their hiring and workforce planning. You'll lead internal and customer teams, resolve blockers, and accelerate time-to-value. You'll run proactive engagement cadences including quarterly business reviews, success check-ins, and executive reviews. You'll structure mutually beneficial commercial terms that promote long-term growth while balancing value realization with business expansion. You'll maintain accurate forecasts, health metrics, and growth pipelines with transparent reporting.
You bring 5+ years of SaaS enterprise account management experience, ideally in fast-scaling environments. You're known for grit and curiosity, staying resilient through challenges while understanding customer goals and industry shifts. You're naturally relationship-oriented, building trust with Fortune 500 customers and becoming a long-term advisor. You're a strong communicator and collaborator who simplifies complex ideas and engages confidently across audiences. You combine product mastery with business acumen, connecting platform capabilities to customer value. You're highly organized and outcome-driven, managing multiple enterprise accounts with precision.
Preferred locations include San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, and New York City. Candidates in the Bay Area can work from the office on a flexible basis with no set in-office schedule required.
