Okta is seeking a CSP Cloud Desk Support Specialist to join the Cloud Operations team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will support regional sales teams by managing data across AWS Systems and Salesforce to drive informed decision-making and account accuracy.
You will serve as a critical operational resource for Okta's sales organization, handling systems administration tasks, data hygiene, and pipeline management. Your responsibilities will include supporting sales team operations, leveraging AI tools to enhance reporting capabilities, collaborating with internal and external teams on account mapping and pipeline updates, reviewing deal structures for Private Offer creation, managing support tickets from initiation through resolution, completing deal tagging across multiple tools to ensure proper sales compensation, and monitoring origination sources to associate them with correct Salesforce opportunities.
Your impact will be measured through improved sales team experience via data hygiene and pipeline cleanliness, actionable recommendations for business growth and revenue generation, accurate customer segmentation for targeted marketing, timely delivery of custom Private Offers while adhering to Okta policies, increased customer engagement through optimized campaigns, and enhanced marketing campaign performance through data-driven decisions.
You will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where you'll need to think critically and analytically, apply creative problem-solving approaches, communicate complex processes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, balance multiple priorities and deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in data analysis and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Partner tools
- Preference given for previous experience with AWS ACE and AWS Marketplace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
