Savage X Fenty, a disruptive fashion brand known for redefining sexy with fearless, inclusive, and accessible styles, is seeking a CRM Specialist to join the Growth team in Berlin. This role focuses on the technical execution, optimization, and analysis of customer relationship management initiatives across the EU customer lifecycle.
You will own day-to-day management of CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys across email, SMS, app push notifications, and other channels. Working within a direct-to-consumer membership business model, you'll leverage customer data, segmentation, and CRM technology to deliver scalable, personalized experiences. Key responsibilities include overseeing CRM system operations and data integrity, developing customer segmentation strategies, planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, and managing promotional campaign execution from setup through post-campaign reporting.
You'll own app CRM strategy and execution, manage triggered and transactional communications, and design customer lifecycle programs including welcome series, loyalty programs, and reactivation campaigns. The role requires strong analytical skills to derive insights from customer data and campaign performance, with regular A/B testing to optimize effectiveness. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Design, Analytics, IT, and Customer Service teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with broader business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical CRM execution with analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail. You should be comfortable with complex customer data, campaign logic, segmentation, and marketing automation platforms. Experience with CRM platforms like Iterable, Salesforce, or HubSpot is essential. You'll stay current with industry best practices and propose innovative solutions to enhance CRM capabilities.
