Raisin is a leading fintech platform connecting consumers with banks across the EU, UK, and US to access better savings and investment rates. The company manages over 80 billion euros in assets for more than one million investors.
You will own the CRM strategy for Raisin's investment products (pensions, ETFs, tax-advantaged accounts), developing and executing campaigns that drive customer engagement and growth. Key responsibilities include:
• Develop, implement, and analyze CRM campaigns for investment products, owning the full strategy from conception to performance analysis
• Scale the savings-to-investment cross-sell strategy, testing and optimizing conversion rates continuously
• Lead international expansion of CRM efforts into the Netherlands, Ireland, and Spain, adapting campaigns for regional compliance and market needs
• Partner closely with the Investment Products team to translate complex financial concepts (pensions, tax implications) into clear, consumer-friendly marketing communications
• Create and optimize customer touchpoints across email, push notifications, web, and direct mail channels
• Drive data-led innovation by analyzing performance metrics, identifying patterns, and leveraging AI and behavioral data to refine campaigns
You bring 3+ years of professional CRM experience with expert command of CRM channels, automation, segmentation, and KPI reporting. You have strong knowledge of investment products and financial services. C2-level proficiency in both English and German is mandatory due to rigorous communication standards. You combine creative thinking with analytical rigor, comfortable both developing campaign concepts and diving into data to discover audience segments and performance patterns.
Preferred qualifications include prior fintech or investment-focused CRM experience, proficiency with tools like Bloomreach or Looker, experience managing CRM across multiple European markets, Dutch or Spanish language skills, expertise in cross-selling and print direct marketing, and curiosity about AI applications in CRM workflows.
