Omaze is a UK-based platform that combines charitable fundraising with luxury prize draws, having raised over £150 million for UK charities in five years. The Creator Marketing Manager role sits within the Growth team and focuses on scaling creator partnerships as a key customer acquisition channel.
You will support the planning and execution of 25–40 creator partnerships monthly for the Million Pound House Draw campaigns. Working alongside the Senior Creator Marketing Manager, you'll own the full creator lifecycle: sourcing and evaluating creators aligned with brand and commercial objectives, managing relationships from outreach through content delivery, and coordinating production logistics including on-set oversight.
The role blends creative and analytical work. You'll translate consumer insights and cultural trends into platform-native creative briefs for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You'll analyze creator and campaign performance data to identify what drives results, spot patterns, and recommend optimizations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Brand, CRM, and Production teams to ensure creator content supports broader campaign goals and performs well in paid media.
Key responsibilities include sourcing creators who align with both brand values and commercial KPIs, developing engaging briefs that resonate with audiences, managing multiple simultaneous creator relationships, testing new creators and creative formats, and using performance insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. You'll need strong organizational skills to juggle overlapping campaigns, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
You should be genuinely passionate about the creator economy and understand what makes content work across platforms. A finger on the pulse of creator trends, platform updates, and emerging talent is essential. Experience managing creator campaigns that contribute to paid marketing performance, sourcing creators strategically, and supporting production logistics is expected. You'll bring commercial mindset, curiosity about data, and enthusiasm for testing and learning.
