GetYourGuide is seeking a Creator Growth Manager to own relationships with their active creator roster and scale their creator content programme. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for creators from onboarding through ongoing performance, keeping them briefed, motivated, and producing consistently high-quality work.
Key responsibilities include: acting as the main point of contact for active and new creators to maintain warm, productive relationships; briefing creators clearly on objectives, hooks, angles, and brand direction; reviewing all deliverables and providing fast, specific, actionable feedback; ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining consistently high content quality across a large concurrent creator roster; owning creator communications end-to-end across all primary channels as the voice of GetYourGuide to creators; running regular outreach and activation loops to understand what keeps creators engaged; structuring and proposing workflows, templates, and processes that scale operations without sacrificing quality; designing and running incentive programmes including spotlights, milestone rewards, and activation campaigns; collaborating with Growth, Operations, and Strategy stakeholders to align creator output with campaign goals; monitoring content performance and using data to iterate on briefs and creator selection; and tracking engagement drivers and drop-off patterns to refine systems.
You should be analytical and metrics-minded, comfortable owning performance conversations and influencing stakeholders. Strong ownership mentality is essential—you'll run campaigns like your own business. You're collaborative and decisive, able to direct and guide without being rigid. A strong sense of creator and industry-wide trends impacting the creator landscape is important. Prior experience managing creator or influencer programmes at scale is a plus.
