Phoenix is a Canadian telehealth platform founded in 2019, focused on making specialist healthcare accessible across the country. The company operates Raven, a direct-to-consumer health service, and is seeking a Creative Strategist to drive growth through data-informed creative execution. In this role, you will own the creative testing roadmap across marketing channels, working at the intersection of data and creativity. You'll collaborate closely with creative teams, marketing managers, media buyers, and lifecycle marketers to develop, test, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives. Your responsibilities include maintaining a pipeline of creative tests, deepening understanding of customer personas and their pain points, conducting competitive and market research to keep creative strategy current, and presenting insights and opportunities to leadership. Key responsibilities: - Maintain a strong pipeline of creative testing across marketing channels - Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives that convert - Deepen understanding of customer personas and their pain points - Work with marketing and cross-functional teams to gather insights for lifecycle marketing - Conduct research on competitors, alternatives, and DTC marketing leaders - Contribute as a key leader in developing innovative concepts to drive business growth Phoenix operates from a downtown Toronto headquarters with an on-site collaborative culture across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in a creative production environment, either managing a creative team or collaborating closely with them - Proven experience developing eye-catching landing pages, emails, or quiz funnels that drive action - Solid understanding of digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads) - Proficiency with creative briefing and project management tools (Magic Brief, Motion, Foreplay, Notion, Asana, etc.) - Proven track record of developing and iterating on winning creatives - Demonstrated success growing conversion volume within CAC targets - Experience scaling performance marketing at a high level with hard-won industry lessons - Strong ability to present results, insights, and opportunities clearly - Familiarity with fast-paced startup environments - Passion for improving Canadian healthcare with personal connection to the space (preferred)
