Blinq is a rapidly growing digital business card and professional relationship platform used by over 50 million people annually. The company is expanding across Sydney, San Francisco, Melbourne, and New York, backed by $45M+ in funding from investors including Blackbird, Touring Capital, HubSpot Ventures, and Square Peg.
As Creative Strategist focused on organic social, you will own day-to-day content strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok for both B2B software and B2C direct-to-consumer physical products. You'll develop posts, recurring series, mini-campaigns, and creative projects that tell Blinq's story to different audiences across the customer journey—from awareness through adoption and retention. You'll also create distinctive executive content that helps Blinq's leaders build personal media brands with authentic voices.
Key responsibilities include: developing original ideas and content worth sharing; creating platform-specific posts, captions, carousels, and video scripts; staying close to audiences by exploring tech communities and benchmarking competitor brands; spotting emerging trends and bringing original angles to timely content; bringing product features to life through fresh storytelling; owning and coordinating a varied content calendar; sourcing visuals, writing briefs, and collaborating with motion designers and content producers; testing formats and measuring performance against clear objectives; and identifying opportunities for creator collaborations.
You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, motion and brand designers, and a content producer. The role offers real ownership with regular feedback and creative support. There's room to pitch your own ideas—whether that's street interviews, experimental product uses, or new content series. Over time, the role may expand into longer-form editorial, interviews, or podcasting.
The team works in-office 3 days per week (Melbourne-based) with flexibility for remote work the rest of the time. Blinq is at an inflection point: large enough to have momentum and resources, small enough for you to shape the journey.

- Curiosity about internet culture and ability to discover and learn unfamiliar online communities quickly
- Taste and brand instinct; ability to recognize strong writing and visuals, source references, and explain strategic fit
- Strategic thinking combined with openness to data; ability to articulate audience, rationale, and success metrics
- Drive and follow-through; ability to bring ideas proactively, move quickly, stay organized, and incorporate feedback
