Wildlife Studios is seeking a Creative Producer to join the Creative Strategy team, owning the creative production pipeline for one or more mobile games. This role bridges audiovisual production craft with performance marketing, requiring someone with a track record in directing, writing, and producing video, animation, and interactive content at scale.
You will generate creative concepts from competitor benchmarks, market trends, and player signals, developing them from idea through script and production. Working alongside Product Marketing Managers and the in-house Creative Studio, you will direct production across video, playable, and static ad formats, maintaining creative quality and vision through execution. You will review cuts, provide creative direction on treatment, pacing, and animation, and hold the quality line.
A core responsibility is reading creative performance using metrics like Spend Share, IPM, CTR, CPI, ROAS, hook and hold rates. You will collaborate with PMMs and Data Scientists on structured A/B testing, document learnings into the team's knowledge base, and use performance data to decide what to iterate, scale, or abandon.
Required qualifications include a senior track record in audiovisual production or creative direction (production company, in-house studio, agency, or independent), a strong portfolio demonstrating your directing or producing work, practiced scriptwriting from concept to shooting/animation script, and experience directing animation and motion work. You must be open to learning performance marketing logic and metrics, comfortable using AI tools as daily workflow leverage, and fluent in both English and Portuguese.
Nice-to-have skills include mobile gaming or app marketing experience, playable ads or interactive format experience, familiarity with market intelligence tools (Sensor Tower, AppMagic), and experience running or reading structured A/B tests on creative.
You should have strong taste and creative judgment, the ability to generate ideas in volume under pressure without quality degradation, natural curiosity about market trends and competitors, and pragmatism about iteration—prioritizing learning over attachment to ideas.
