Slingshot AI is building Ash, an AI-powered mental health support platform designed to make therapy more accessible. The company has raised $93M from top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz and operates offices in New York City and London. As Creative Performance Lead, you will own the full creative engine for user acquisition—from concept and angle development through production, launch, iteration, and optimization. This is a hands-on role where you'll personally produce static and video creative using modern AI production tools, write high-converting performance copy, and build repeatable systems that scale creative output. Key responsibilities include: developing and testing creative angles across multiple ad networks (social, web, etc.); building systems for angle libraries, tagging, and user language databases; producing creative assets at volume to keep paid channels fed; writing hooks, headlines, and scripts optimized for each platform; managing the full funnel from creative impression to paying user; collaborating closely with media buying teams on account strategy and MMP data; sourcing external creative supply (creators, UGC, editors, talent) where it outperforms internal production; and establishing Ash's distinctive visual and verbal identity in the mental health category. You'll work with a team spanning machine learning, product, engineering, conversational design, clinical, growth, and operations. The role is designed to be hands-on by default—modern AI production tools enable one strong operator to outproduce a small studio. If your creative engine justifies additional headcount, you'll build and lead that team. The company is open to starting fractional or contract but expects this to evolve into a full-time position.
