PointFive is a Series B cloud infrastructure cost optimization platform ($96M raised, led by Accel) that helps Fortune 500 companies like Fanatics, H&M, Nubank and Citizens Bank see and cut infrastructure and AI token spend. Engineering is based in Tel Aviv; go-to-market is focused on North America. You will own creative growth end-to-end: inventing, building, shipping and measuring campaigns, games, competitions, tools, videos and interactive experiences designed to generate buzz, shares, followers and category authority. Your job is attention—pipeline follows it. You will take rough concepts from leadership and develop them into full campaigns independently, while bringing your own ideas. You'll think about distribution while shaping the idea, not after. You'll turn PointFive's research into stories that engineers, executives and press repeat. You'll make customers, practitioners and partners the heroes so they voluntarily share. You'll give PointFive a distinctive personality and voice across LinkedIn, Reddit, communities and events. You'll support creative themes for conferences and events, tie them into bigger campaigns, and work alongside field marketing. You'll run fast experiments, keep what works, drop what doesn't. Example briefs: turning dry enterprise numbers into shareable stories; making a customer's cost savings the hero of something they want to post; building a three-month campaign around a conference moment; creating interactive tools, games or quizzes people send to their teams; making a category that "all looks and sounds the same" stand out. You have built an audience from zero yourself—a newsletter, following, community, side project or meetup. You understand how things spread on LinkedIn, Reddit, communities and memes, and you use them yourself. You have made things people voluntarily shared and can point to them. You write very well and are funny on purpose. You can make technical or "boring" enterprise categories interesting to technical buyers. You have done the work yourself, not only briefed agencies. You are comfortable with experiments failing publicly. You are hungry to create breakout work you can put your name on. Bonus: you can code or "vibecode" well enough to ship a landing page, leaderboard or small tool without waiting for engineering; you have a portfolio of experiments including the ones that flopped; you worked somewhere early during a breakout moment and can say exactly what you contributed; you know cloud, FinOps, dev tools or AI infrastructure, or are curious enough to learn fast. This is not for you if you want to run a content calendar, manage a social inbox, optimize lead forms, or mostly manage agencies and teams rather than make things yourself. You will be the first person doing this at PointFive—no playbook, asset library or creative team underneath you. Some great ideas will die in customer legal review. Your manager is a pop culture addict who will bother you with ideas only he finds funny; you are expected to say "no, that's ridiculous." Success means more followers, shares and talk about PointFive month over month; PointFive becomes the name people mention first for infrastructure and AI cost; press and practitioners quote you without being pitched; customers and partners ask to be part of the next campaign. PointFive was founded by operators who built and sold IntSights to Rapid7. Backed by top-tier investors. You have direct access to founders and leadership, room to ship without layers of approval, real budget for ideas that earn it, and credit for the work. REQUIREMENTS: - Built an audience from zero (newsletter, following, community, side project, meetup) - Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Reddit, communities, memes and how content spreads - Demonstrated track record of creating things people voluntarily share - Strong writing and humor skills - Ability to make technical/enterprise categories interesting to technical buyers - Hands-on execution experience (not just agency briefing) - Comfort with public failure and experimentation - Hunger to create breakout work with your name on it
