Path Robotics is hiring a Creative Content Producer to build and steward the company's visual brand across marketing initiatives. You'll own the full creative pipeline—from concept through final delivery—capturing high-quality photo and video content for product, people, customers, and company environments.
Key responsibilities include: shooting at events, customer locations, and field installations; editing, color grading, and optimizing content for web, print, and social; developing motion graphics and light VFX; creating visual assets for campaigns, sales materials, and product launches; and repurposing creative into multiple formats (short-form video, reels, GIFs). You'll coordinate with marketing and operations on logistics and timelines, maintain brand consistency across all deliverables, and manage the company's media library.
The role scales with your depth—if you bring strategic creative direction capability, there's room to grow into brand stewardship and creative leadership across the marketing function. You'll work independently on a small in-house creative team, scoping your own shoots and managing timelines with minimal oversight.
Path Robotics builds AI-driven robotic systems that adapt and learn in real-world environments, addressing skilled labor gaps across industries. The company combines perception, reasoning, and control to deliver field-ready AI that is risk-aware and continuously improving.
You'll need 5+ years producing photo and video content in marketing, agency, or in-house creative roles (portfolio weighted more heavily than years). Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is essential. Experience shooting industrial, manufacturing, or technical subject matter; motion graphics or 3D visualization; trade show production; or brand systems work is valued. Travel for trade shows and customer visits is expected (10–20% annually). You must be comfortable working in active manufacturing environments and following site safety protocols.
