Workstream is a mission-driven HR, payroll, and hiring platform purpose-built for the hourly workforce. With 2.7 billion hourly workers making up 80% of the global workforce, Workstream serves leading brands like Burger King, Carl's Jr./Hardee's, IHOP, KFC, and Culvers. The company is a high-growth Series B backed by Founders Fund, BOND, and Coatue. The Corporate Partnerships Manager will own enterprise-scale deals with major franchise brands, signing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and preferred-vendor agreements that unlock hundreds of franchisee locations. This motion has already generated $15M+ in ARR and is rapidly expanding. Key responsibilities include: **Hunt:** Prospect into corporate teams (CHROs, VPs of Talent, COOs) at franchise and multi-location brands through conferences, referrals, franchisee champions, trade associations, and outbound prospecting. You'll build and own a book of corporate brand relationships. **Close:** Run multi-stakeholder deal cycles from discovery through signed agreements, including tailored business cases, executive presentations, and negotiations. **Grow:** Own post-signature relationship management including entitlement execution, quarterly business reviews, expansion into payroll and AI products, and driving franchisee-wide adoption through ROI storytelling. **Team Up:** Collaborate daily with Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure brand deals translate into location growth and bring field intelligence back into company playbooks. **Move Fast With AI:** Leverage AI tools for research, prospecting, and proposals as a core part of the workflow. This is a 4-days-per-week in-office role in San Francisco. The company supports relocation and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. Success is measured on signed agreements that convert to rollouts; promotion is based on results, not tenure. The role is ideal for hungry closers seeking enterprise-scale deal experience earlier than typical career progression allows.
