PeopleGrove is hiring a Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance for a growing SaaS business. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage a small team including a Staff Accountant and part-time offshore resource.
Key responsibilities include owning the monthly close process, preparing financial statements, managing revenue recognition, overseeing external audits, supporting cash management, and developing accounting policies. You will partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, and operational analysis.
This role requires a hands-on finance leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels—moving fluidly between technical accounting, financial planning, systems optimization, and transaction review. You will build scalable processes, improve reporting capabilities, and serve as a trusted business partner to the executive team.
