Salary: USD 123,750 - 165,000 / annual

As a Senior Manager of Corporate Communications focused on Executive Communications Programs at Datadog, you will build and scale an integrated thought leadership program spanning executive communications, earned and owned channels, and events, with expansion across priority regions. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating leadership priorities into playbooks, frameworks, and measurable programs while managing day-to-day execution. Success requires connecting dots across initiatives and partner teams to amplify Datadog's story through executive voices. Key responsibilities include: - Partner with the Global Head of Corporate Communications to develop and execute an integrated thought leadership program with clear objectives and measurable outcomes - Build the operating framework behind the program—playbooks, cross-team coordination models, and repeatable processes that enable scaling across regions - Identify and vet speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities, determining where Datadog should have presence, key messaging, and optimal channels (social, traditional media, stage) - Collaborate with US Communications and Social leads to augment existing campaigns and build evergreen thought leadership programs - Partner with Field Marketing on event strategy and execution, advancing key narratives around AI and security - Develop strategic messaging for senior executives during key business moments, corporate announcements, and company milestones - Serve as the Corporate Communications "captain," maintaining visibility across company initiatives, coordinating with partner teams, and identifying opportunities for leadership to advance organizational goals You bring 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, executive communications, or related fields, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS. You have demonstrated success developing and scaling integrated thought leadership programs that influence business outcomes. You are an exceptional writer and storyteller with experience ghostwriting executive communications, speeches, bylines, and blogs. You are comfortable partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across global, cross-functional organizations. You use data and insights to measure communications programs and continuously optimize strategy and execution.
