Salary: USD 153,000 - 269,000 / annual

Figma is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to lead corporate storytelling and communications strategy at a public company scale. This role goes beyond traditional PR to develop integrated campaigns that resonate across media, owned platforms, and executive communications channels. You will partner across finance, investor relations, legal, brand, product, and design teams to identify and translate compelling stories that drive conversation with business and financial audiences. Key responsibilities include: - Define and drive Figma's corporate storytelling strategy end-to-end, from narrative development through multi-channel execution - Create integrated campaigns that cut through traditional PR approaches across media and owned platforms - Translate business momentum into clear, compelling stories in partnership with cross-functional teams - Work closely with executives to shape narratives for business and financial audiences, including briefings and thought leadership - Identify breakthrough story angles that position Figma at the center of industry, market, and cultural conversations - Stay close to the news cycle and zeitgeist while proactively creating opportunities to position Figma ahead of trends - Grow your scope and influence as the company scales This is a full-time role based in either San Francisco or New York. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both spreadsheets and social media, capable of crafting campaigns around quarterly earnings and cultural moments, and able to quickly learn and translate complex topics for broader audiences. You should embrace ambiguity, be collaborative by default, and be energized by building something new. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years of experience in in-house communications - Track record of building and scaling communications programs from the ground up - Strong business and cultural fluency with ability to translate complexity into clear, engaging narratives and pitches - Experience operating in fast-paced environments where direction isn't always defined, with comfort creating it - Demonstrated experience crafting a point of view on storytelling that goes beyond conventional PR approaches PLUS (not required): - Understanding of product design, software development, and/or cloud-native applications - Experience navigating and explaining business concepts and issues with fluidity
