Deliveroo is seeking a Corporate Commercial Manager to join the Deliveroo for Work (DfW) team in London. DfW is Deliveroo's B2B arm, offering flexible food-spending solutions to corporate clients across seven global markets, including team lunches, office events, and pantry supplies. In this hybrid role, you will lead the acquisition and ongoing management of a high-value corporate portfolio, directly driving client growth and expanding the platform's presence. Your responsibilities will include: - Acquiring corporate clients through end-to-end sales cycles to convert and onboard high-value clients onto the Deliveroo for Work platform - Managing a dedicated account portfolio, driving contract renewals, retention, and growth by deepening relationships with key decision-makers - Designing bespoke commercial solutions tailored to client requirements, structuring optimal pricing, rollout plans, and integration models - Navigating complex stakeholder environments by partnering with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Security teams to solve technical requirements and unblock deals - Acting as the voice of corporate customers, synthesizing client requirements to inform and influence product roadmap priorities Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with greater reach, scale, and ambition. You may collaborate with teammates and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt depending on your role. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven track record in B2B sales and account management, with experience closing B2B agreements, expanding client portfolios, and consistently exceeding targets - Comfort managing complex sales cycles involving procurement, legal, security, and compliance stakeholders - Technical and product fluency; ability to engage credibly with technical partners and translate product capabilities into clear commercial value propositions - Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to influence key cross-functional decision-makers - Sharp commercial judgment to structure deals alongside disciplined, structured approach to pipeline management
