Neo4j is seeking a Corporate Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the enterprise market. You will own a strategic territory, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, with a focus on landing new logos and expanding within existing accounts.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a territory plan targeting key organizations, becoming an expert in Neo4j's graph database and AI/ML solutions, and delivering compelling demos and proposals that articulate business value. You will lead complex sales cycles using solution-based approaches, including the Land & Expand model. The role involves managing relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, IT leaders, technical end users) and collaborating with cross-functional teams including solution engineering, marketing, professional services, and field marketing.
You will also provide guidance and mentorship to Business Development Representatives and field marketing resources, maintain CRM data integrity, and develop strategic partnerships with public cloud providers (AWS, Google, Microsoft Azure) to drive growth opportunities.
Required qualifications: 3+ years of proven success in commercial software sales with consistent track record of exceeding targets. Demonstrated experience managing complex sales processes in enterprise markets such as Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or AI/ML. Proven ability to independently develop and close new client relationships. Deep understanding of commercial open-source business models, including on-premise and cloud/SaaS hybrid solutions. Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales). Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills with ability to build business champions.
Preferred: Experience selling complex technical solutions with focus on subscription-based models and cloud deployments. Knowledge of graph technology, data management tools, or advanced data-driven technologies.
