As a Core Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive strategic relationships with large enterprise customers, helping them consolidate outdated technologies, digitize workflows, and unlock data-driven insights. You'll own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification through close, managing complex deals typically valued at $100k–$500k ARR. Your work involves managing proof-of-concepts, coordinating multiple stakeholders, running trials, navigating multi-faceted pricing negotiations, and selling to C-suite executives.
Key responsibilities include developing executive-level relationships within named accounts, demonstrating solution-based sales processes in complex campaigns, and embodying Samsara's cultural principles (customer success focus, long-term thinking, growth mindset, inclusivity, teamwork) as the company scales.
You'll need 5+ years of full-cycle, closing sales experience with a proven track record of quota over-achievement in complex accounts and $100k+ ARR deals. You must be comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting, capable of managing enterprise deal sizes and C-level relationships, and willing to travel monthly to meet customers. Experience with line-of-business stakeholders (operations, finance, IT) and a passion for the operations industry are valued. This role is remote but restricted to candidates in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
