Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 / annual
Peregrine Technologies, backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, is seeking a Core Client Advocate to own customer relationships throughout contract lifecycle. You will be the primary interface between customers and the Peregrine team, representing the voice of the customer to engineers while supporting customers with platform updates, workflows, and features.
The role focuses on full user adoption and long-term relationship building. You will interpret complex data sources—dashboards, metrics, and onsite visits—to ensure all users maximize value from Peregrine's AI-enabled platform. Your responsibilities include solving challenging customer problems, unlocking new value propositions, working through internal roadblocks, and partnering with other teams to develop case studies and success stories.
This is a field-based position covering Florida's Region 6 (Sarasota, Hardee, De Soto, Charlotte, Lee, Collier, Hendry, Glades, Highlands, and Okeechobee counties), with weekly onsite visits and ~60% travel required across the region and surrounding areas. You'll be an active listener, creative problem-solver, and proactive advocate for customer success.
Ideal candidates bring 3-7+ years of direct experience supporting customer adoption of technical software solutions. Prior work with law enforcement, public safety, or military organizations is strongly preferred. You should have enterprise software experience (startup background also valued), excellent relationship-building skills, ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to diverse audiences, and a track record of zero churn and positive net revenue retention. You must be comfortable with frequent travel and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
