Kraken Pro is seeking a copywriter to build a meaningful, engaged community around its serious trading platform. You'll craft high-impact messaging that converts across campaigns, landing pages, emails, in-app experiences, paid ads, and social channels.
In this role, you'll write copy that speaks fluent trader—capturing the voice of crypto Twitter, FinTwit, and the trading floor. You'll shape narratives for product launches and feature releases, turning technical updates into compelling stories that resonate with millions of traders. You'll own the Kraken Pro tone of voice across every touchpoint, from headlines to push notifications, and collaborate at speed with Design, Product, Growth, and Social teams to brief, iterate, and ship copy that moves the needle.
You'll run copy experiments, track performance, and iterate based on data. You'll also partner with Legal and Communications to ensure compliant, accurate, and regionally aligned messaging.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years in copywriting or content, ideally in fintech, crypto, or trading
- Portfolio demonstrating copy that moved people to act (portfolios valued over résumés)
- Speed under pressure; ability to work in fast-moving markets without approval delays
- High AI competency to multiply impact and keep up with demand
- Range as a writer: headlines, long-form, microcopy, scripts, threads, email flows, taglines
- Strong editing and communication skills
- Deep familiarity with crypto and trading culture and trader language
- Creative and detail-oriented with ability to work closely with designers
- Ability to brief teams, use Figma for copy placement, or mock up work independently
- Taste and judgment to know when to cut a line
