Salary: USD 125,000 - 130,000 / annual
Superpower is a health-tech company on a mission to extend and enhance human life through lab testing, data aggregation, AI-powered diagnostics, and peptide therapeutics. You will be a versatile copywriter responsible for translating campaign briefs into compelling messaging across the entire customer journey. Your work will span from brand storytelling and campaign concepts to conversion-driven copy that motivates action.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating campaign briefs into messaging for headlines, descriptions, taglines, and campaign copy
- Writing across multiple channels: landing pages, email, paid social, and performance creative
- Scripting longer-form content including campaign films, founder videos, and branded content
- Developing hooks, concepts, and messaging angles for performance creative
- Balancing emotional storytelling with persuasion and conversion optimization
- Partnering with Brand, Creative, and Growth teams to define Superpower's voice and messaging
You should have 3–6 years of copywriting experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating both brand/campaign work and performance/conversion expertise. You excel at simplifying complex ideas into sharp, memorable language and are comfortable writing everything from three-word headlines to three-minute scripts.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in health, wellness, medical, or science-heavy categories; agency background with diverse clients and tonal registers; and long-form performance writing such as VSL-style scripts or sales pages.
