We're seeking a Copywriter to join our marketing team in Austin. You'll write across campaigns, ads, social content, and events—crafting messaging that resonates with creators and drives real business outcomes. Your work will span from webby-winning content to brand activations at major events, with budgets in the millions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing campaign and ad copy that creates emotional resonance and drives clicks
- Building campaigns that spark conversation and social sharing
- Balancing creative risk-taking with strategic discipline and brand consistency
- Writing for our core audience (creators on social) while maintaining ManyChat's distinctive voice
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns at scale
You bring 6-9 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally with exposure to agency, brand, and tech environments. Your portfolio demonstrates culturally resonant campaigns that moved measurable needles. You have strong conceptual thinking, can defend creative decisions thoughtfully, and take feedback constructively. You're detail-oriented—the kind of person who rewrites sentences at 11pm because they weren't quite right.
