Sarvam AI is seeking a Business Analyst to join the COO's Office and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will define, track, and report on key business and team performance metrics, serving as the central hub for organizational visibility and performance management.
You will build and maintain internal performance dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, translating complex data into clear visualizations for leadership and teams. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll establish and monitor OKRs, KPIs, and other business metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems.
Key responsibilities include analyzing trends to identify gaps and areas requiring attention, presenting insights and recommendations to business and leadership teams, and driving adoption of a data-driven culture. You'll partner with different teams to understand their data requirements and translate them into meaningful, actionable metrics. This role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to communicate complex data in business-friendly terms, and ownership of metrics and reporting systems.
You bring 5–8 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles. You have hands-on expertise with dashboard and reporting tools, strong SQL and data analysis skills, and a deep understanding of business metrics and performance measurement. Experience with OKRs, goal tracking, or organizational performance metrics is highly preferred. You're independent, detail-oriented, and excel at problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
