Salary: USD 163,000 - 195,000 / annual

Antora Energy is a climate tech company developing thermal battery technology to deliver affordable, reliable energy to industry, data centers, and the grid. The company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager/Paralegal to support its growing legal team and improve the speed, consistency, visibility, and efficiency of its commercial contracting process. Reporting to Senior Corporate Counsel, this hands-on role will own contract intake, administration, and workflow as the company scales. You will support Supply Chain, Project Development, Engineering, Finance, and other business teams in managing the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and supply-chain contracts. Key responsibilities include: • Manage intake, organization, tracking, routing, and administration of commercial contracts and related documents • Triage incoming requests and manage competing priorities to support timely deal cycles • Organize and clear the existing contract backlog while maintaining visibility into contract status, approvals, obligations, and deadlines • Support contract review and redlining within defined playbooks and escalation parameters • Coordinate signatures, maintain executed agreements and metadata, and support post-signature obligation management • Partner with Senior Corporate Counsel to implement and administer the company's CLM platform • Draft and improve intake forms, templates, trackers, and workflows in partnership with counsel and business stakeholders • Use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to enhance efficiency while ensuring data quality • Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years of experience in contracts administration, paralegal support, legal operations, procurement contracting, or related role • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; paralegal experience is a plus • Experience supporting high-volume commercial contracting in-house, preferably within technology, manufacturing, energy, or high-growth company • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple urgent requests with limited supervision • Strong written communication skills and sound judgment regarding when to escalate issues to counsel • Familiarity with CLM platforms, contract repositories, intake tools, and workflow design • Experience with AI-enabled legal technology
