Salary: USD 75,000 - 112,000 / annual
Palantir Technologies is seeking a Deal Support & Operations Administrator to join its in-house legal team in Denver, CO. This role is central to the legal operations function, supporting all aspects of revenue generation through contract administration and deal lifecycle management.
You will work closely with Palantir's lawyers, contracting specialists, sales team, and executives to facilitate business growth. Your responsibilities will include steering contracts through internal systems, coordinating input from cross-functional teams, drafting and processing documents, facilitating customer onboarding, ensuring alignment on deals and forecasting across legal, finance, and sales, maintaining accurate records and metrics, and managing strategic project work to enable deal execution scaling.
The role requires you to pivot quickly, anticipate needs, and execute autonomously with high urgency. You'll collaborate across functions using strong communication and writing skills, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrate ownership of outcomes. The team values a "no task too big, no task too small" mentality and willingness to work outside standard business hours when needed. You will become an expert in your specific customer vertical and take ownership for scaling workflows and critical initiatives.
Initially, the position requires 4 days per week in-office, which can be reduced to 2-3 days longer term. Palantir emphasizes in-person work to foster connectivity and innovation, though hybrid arrangements are available based on business need.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of previous legal and/or contract administrative support experience, preferably in a fast-paced legal environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with contract lifecycle management tooling
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Ability to work 4 days per week in-office initially (reducible to 2-3 days longer term)
