Kaseya is a leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations globally. As a Content Specialist on the MSP Success Content Team, you will develop and deliver high-quality content across multiple formats and initiatives designed to help MSP partners grow revenue, improve go-to-market execution, and better leverage Kaseya solutions. Your content will target either Kaseya MSP partners and prospects or the SMBs that are the MSPs' end customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating original, engagement-driven content from concept through delivery across multiple formats (gated resources, blogs, webinar decks, social media, video scripts)
- Ensuring consistent tone, style, and messaging across content channels (MSP Success Digital, MSP Success Peer, MSP Success website)
- Translating complex technical information into clear, accessible language for target audiences
- Reviewing and refining subject-matter expert content for grammar, readability, accuracy, SEO, AI optimization, and brand compliance
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously using CMS and workflow tools (WordPress, Asana, AI-assisted tools)
- Staying current on social media, AI-assisted optimization (AIO), and SEO trends to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborating internally with Strategy, Creative, Digital, and Peer teams and externally with MSP partners
Success is measured by timely, accurate content delivery with minimal revisions, strong engagement metrics, and overall work quality.
Required: 3+ years content marketing experience (ideally B2B), BA/BS in marketing/advertising/communications or equivalent, strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with AIO and SEO best practices.
Preferred: multitasking ability, meticulous attention to detail, partner-facing or enablement content experience, MSP or IT industry background, cybersecurity/IT expertise.
