Conduit Health is a vertically integrated, AI-powered platform transforming post-acute care by uniting ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment. The company enables case managers and providers to approve patient equipment and supply requests in seconds rather than weeks.
You will own Conduit's social media channels and build the content engine driving the company's next growth phase. This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Marketing, with a clear path to growing a team. You'll operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, working directly with senior leadership and founders to craft and execute the Conduit story.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organic channel ownership across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms: build roadmaps, expand presence, manage content calendars, write copy, and publish content
- Build the content engine producing blog posts, newsletters, case studies, social posts (video, static, written), influencer content, white papers, and patient stories at scale; decide what's built in-house versus resourced
- Community management: engage and manage brand sentiment across Facebook groups, Reddit threads, LinkedIn posts, ads; partner with patient experience to connect patients with the right team members
- Storytelling: work with leadership and founders to sharpen communication to multiple audiences (patients, caregivers, partner organizations, health plans)
- Cross-functional collaboration on influencer and affiliate marketing, one-pagers, collateral, FAQs, and communications
- Define success metrics and use data to measure and adjust performance
The company values excellence over perfection, urgency paired with clarity, scalable systems, committed engagement, and maintaining work-life balance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in social, content, or brand marketing (agency or in-house; startup experience preferred)
- Writing samples or portfolio demonstrating your work
- Hands-on experience managing organic social media accounts
- Strong writing ability across multiple mediums with comfort for fast turnarounds
- Understanding of platform mechanics and available tools to earn engagement
- Ability to leverage AI to improve workflow and output while maintaining craft and human touch
- Thoughtful approach to audience understanding; ability to meet vulnerable audiences on their level
- Excitement about joining an early-stage, high-growth, high-impact healthcare organization
In the first 90 days, you'll launch consistent LinkedIn and Meta presence, build the content playbook (calendar, voice guidelines, templates, review process), publish SEO-driven guides and case studies, and show early movement in SEO, engagement, and audience growth.
