Plaid is seeking an experienced Content Producer to join its Brand Marketing team as the first dedicated video and audio producer. You'll report to the incoming Content Lead and immediately take ownership of Intelligent Finance, Plaid's flagship podcast and video series hosted by CEO and co-founder Zach Perret, which is already in production.
In this role, you'll own end-to-end production of high-quality video and audio content, from concept through final delivery. You'll partner closely with the Content Design team to translate complex product concepts, proprietary data, and industry perspectives into compelling stories that resonate with audiences. Your responsibilities include building repeatable, scalable production processes; establishing relationships with trusted external production partners; and coordinating with Social, Brand Marketing, Creative, Communications, and Product Marketing teams on distribution and amplification strategies.
You'll work directly with senior leadership, including the CEO, to develop executive-facing content and help define Plaid's visual and editorial approach to video as the company expands beyond its flagship series. The role requires someone who can operate independently, move quickly, and step into an already-live production with minimal ramp-up time.
