Cassidy is an AI Agent platform enabling business teams to automate operational work with enterprise-grade governance. The company recently rebranded and is investing heavily in brand and content to reflect its enterprise positioning and product maturity. As Content Producer, you will own the full lifecycle of content creation—from concept through publication. This is a hands-on production role, not a planning-focused position. You will script, film, edit, and publish content largely independently, with a focus on video (both short and long-form) alongside supporting social assets, graphics, and written pieces. Key responsibilities include: • Video & Social Media: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit video across formats—short-form social clips, product explainers, and longer-form thought leadership. You'll also produce accompanying graphics, images, and captions. This is hands-on work; you'll be behind the camera and in the edit suite. • Written Content: Develop newsletters, blog posts, and case studies that blend video and written storytelling—customer stories, product updates, and deeper narrative pieces. • Publishing & Distribution: Finalize finished content with platform-appropriate copy and voice, then manage publication across channels. • CEO Collaboration: Film and edit content alongside Justin Fineberg (CEO/founder), who has built a 250K+ follower audience. This offers direct exposure to high-level content strategy and a unique distribution channel. You'll work closely with the marketing strategy team, translating strategic direction into finished, publishable assets at a consistently high production standard. Ideal candidate: You're a producer who can take rough ideas and deliver polished, published content independently. You have real filming and editing skills, including comfort with longer-format video. You understand B2B and enterprise communication—what resonates with corporate audiences. You write cleanly and quickly (captions, hooks, copy that sound human). You have taste and judgment to know when something isn't working and fix it. You're genuinely interested in AI as a space. Being comfortable on camera is a plus but not required. Nice-to-haves: SaaS/AI/enterprise software background, long-form video production experience, motion graphics or animation skills, a portfolio with at least one longer-format piece.
