Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification and continuous risk intelligence, is seeking a Content & Narrative Lead to build and own the company's strategic storytelling across all channels. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Vancouver with a hybrid model (3 days/week in office), though remote arrangements are possible for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for developing and executing Trulioo's narrative around continuous intelligence and verified risk—positioning the company as the thought leader in moving beyond one-time identity verification to ongoing trust lifecycle management. Your core responsibilities include:
• Develop and own Trulioo's core narrative and messaging strategy, ensuring consistent communication across PR, thought leadership, website, and editorial initiatives.
• Transform Trulioo's category language and key concepts (verified identity vs. verified risk, defensible decisioning, system of trust) into compelling stories that resonate with C-suite executives (CROs, CCOs) and drive unprompted adoption of the brand narrative.
• Redesign the website as a narrative-driven platform that communicates value proposition clearly, moving beyond feature lists to tell a cohesive story.
• Leverage Trulioo's proprietary data on fraud patterns, identity risk, and verification trends to create original research, benchmark reports, and insights that attract media attention and establish thought leadership.
• Develop a multimedia and video strategy that ensures consistency across founder stories, conference content, long-form reports, and other formats.
• Build brand systems and messaging frameworks (voice, tone, guidelines) that enable AI tools and internal teams to maintain quality and consistency at scale, moving beyond static PDFs to working operational systems.
• Establish measurement and feedback loops to understand which content pieces drive executive awareness and conviction, optimize based on real impact rather than vanity metrics.
• Manage agency partners and build/lead a lean editorial team responsible for ideation, workflow, social listening, and content operations. You will architect the system and oversee execution.
• Write and edit high-impact pieces yourself—this is not a management-only role. Your voice and editorial judgment should be visible in the work that carries the most weight.
• Prepare executives and internal spokespeople for press engagements and narrative-sensitive moments, identifying whitespace and strategic opportunities.
The role emphasizes strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leveraging AI as an enabler while preserving the brand's humanity. You will report directly to leadership and have significant influence over how Trulioo is perceived in the market.
