Trulioo is a global leader in digital identity verification and continuous risk intelligence, serving 5+ billion individuals and 700+ million business entities across 195 countries. The company is redefining trust online by shifting from one-time verification to continuous monitoring and assessment throughout customer relationships.
As Content & Narrative Lead, you will own the strategic narrative that positions Trulioo as the authority on continuous intelligence versus legacy one-time verification models. This is not a content calendar role—you are building the public case for why continuous risk assessment matters and establishing Trulioo as the category leader before competitors claim that positioning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and own Trulioo's core narrative across PR, thought leadership, and editorial initiatives that actually ship and drive business outcomes.
- Transform Trulioo's category language (verified identity vs. verified risk, defensible decisioning, system of trust) into messaging that resonates with C-suite buyers and becomes their own talking points.
- Redesign the website as a narrative surface that communicates value proposition, not just features. Visitors should understand Trulioo's differentiation by the time they leave.
- Convert Trulioo's proprietary data on fraud patterns, identity risk, and verification trends into original research and benchmark reports that attract journalist attention and establish thought leadership.
- Build a cohesive multimedia and video strategy where founder stories, conference content, and long-form reports all reflect consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Create working brand systems (not static PDFs) for voice, tone, and messaging that enable the team and AI tools to maintain quality and consistency at scale.
- Establish feedback loops between published content and business impact. Track which narratives move prospects from awareness to conviction, which pieces surface in AI search results, and use those insights to inform future content strategy.
- Manage agency partners and build a lean editorial team. You architect the system; they help execute it, including ideation, workflow, and social listening capabilities.
- Write and edit high-impact pieces yourself. This role requires hands-on contribution to the most strategically important content, with AI as an enabler rather than a replacement for brand voice.
- Prepare executives and internal spokespeople for press engagements and narrative-sensitive moments.
The role is based in Denver on a hybrid model (3 days/week in office), though remote arrangements are possible for the right candidate. This is a full-time, permanent position.
