You will own Trulioo's narrative strategy and execution across all channels—PR, thought leadership, website, and multimedia. This is not a content calendar role; you're building the public case for why continuous intelligence and ongoing risk assessment beats one-time verification, positioning Trulioo as the category leader before competitors claim the narrative.
Key responsibilities include: developing and owning Trulioo's core messaging around verified identity, verified risk, defensible decisioning, and continuous trust; transforming the website from a features list into a narrative surface that communicates value; turning proprietary data on fraud patterns and verification trends into original research and benchmark reports that attract journalist attention; building a cohesive multimedia approach across founder stories, conference content, and long-form reports; creating brand systems and messaging frameworks that guide internal teams and AI tools for consistent quality; establishing feedback loops between published work and business impact (which pieces move decision-makers, which surface in AI search); managing agency partners and building a lean editorial team with ideation, workflow, and social listening capabilities; writing and editing high-impact pieces yourself rather than purely directing; and preparing executives for press and narrative-sensitive moments.
