Salary: USD 61,000 - 72,000 / annual

The company serves nearly 100,000 customers across transportation, logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, agriculture, food & beverage, retail, and public sector. The Content Marketing Specialist role is responsible for executing high-quality content that drives organic search visibility and supports content marketing programs. You'll produce blog content on customer stories, industry verticals, product features, and SEO/AEO-optimized topics. Beyond writing, you'll contribute to content operations by identifying workflows that improve how the team manages content production at scale. Key responsibilities include: - Writing and publishing high-quality blog content across multiple topics and formats - Supporting cross-functional content programs (product marketing, demand generation, corporate campaigns, customer marketing) - Exploring AI-assisted workflows to scale content production and identify customer proof points - Participating in content planning with research-backed recommendations on topics, formats, and priorities - Tracking content performance and using data to refine approach and inform future priorities You'll work with structure and supervision while actively building toward solving problems independently. The role requires 2+ years of content marketing, editorial, or content-adjacent experience (communications, journalism). You should demonstrate strong research and writing skills on complex B2B and technical subjects, particularly at the intersection of industry verticals and technology. SEO/AEO knowledge is valuable. You're highly organized, deadline-oriented, comfortable with data and research tools, and have an early adopter mindset around AI tools. Strong collaboration skills across PMM, SEO, campaigns, and other teams are essential. Familiarity with physical operations, fleet management, or transportation is a plus. Location: Austin, Texas (hybrid, 2 days/week in office).
