Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to create compelling, technically sophisticated content for complex, engineering-driven industrial sectors. You will develop category-defining content that earns trust from executive audiences and translates advanced technical concepts—such as enterprise knowledge graphs, AI/ML orchestration, and agentic applications—into narratives that drive awareness, pipeline, and product adoption. You will manage content creation across blogs, articles, long-form content, video scripts, webinars, and social media, aligned to product capabilities, use cases, audience segments, and pipeline goals. You'll develop and oversee production of how-to guides, research reports, solution briefs, and white papers. You'll manage relationships with freelance writers, agencies, and external contributors to ensure quality and brand consistency. You will develop executive thought leadership programs, including ghostwriting, podcast preparation, speaking opportunities, and bylined articles for industry publications. Your content will resonate with industrial decision-makers—VP-level leaders in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations. You'll partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and cross-functional teams to translate positioning and messaging into always-on content programs spanning the full buyer journey. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, customers, product managers, developers, and data scientists to create accurate, credible, practitioner-focused content. You will support organic content strategy through keyword research, topic clustering, content planning, and on-page SEO optimization, focusing on high-intent, bottom-of-funnel opportunities. You'll partner with Demand Generation to integrate content into nurture programs, paid campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. You'll manage content distribution across owned channels (blogs, newsletters, developer communities) and earned channels (syndication, guest publications, industry forums), ensuring optimization for both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms. You will track and report on key performance metrics including organic traffic, engagement, MQL contribution, pipeline influence, and content-attributed revenue. You'll conduct regular content audits to identify optimization opportunities and test headlines, CTAs, content formats, and distribution strategies using data-driven insights. REQUIREMENTS: • 4+ years of B2B content marketing experience, including at least 2 years focused on industrial or engineering-driven audiences • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex technical topics for executive and business audiences • Demonstrated success translating highly technical concepts (data pipelines, cloud architecture, observability, security, enterprise technology) into compelling narratives • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and proven ability to drive measurable organic growth • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and deliver high-quality content on schedule • Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and concepts such as data lakehouses • Understanding of industrial software, manufacturing technology, engineering technology, or related enterprise software markets PREFERRED: • Experience marketing to developers, practitioners, engineers, or other highly technical audiences at scale • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Ahrefs, SEMrush, WordPress, or similar marketing technology platforms • Portfolio demonstrating technical content creation (long-form guides, white papers, executive thought leadership, industry publications) • Strong process orientation with experience building and improving content workflows and operational processes • Experience leveraging AI-powered writing, research, and workflow automation tools
