Conversion is an AI-native marketing automation platform for modern software companies, enabling growth teams to run their entire go-to-market motion in one place. The company has raised $28M+ from Abstract Ventures, True Ventures, and HOF Capital, with a team based in San Francisco including talent from Airbnb, Palantir, Pinterest, IMC, Shopify, LinkedIn, and Microsoft.
As Content Marketing Manager for the Core Platform, you will build and own Conversion's content engine from the ground up. This is a core pipeline channel, not a support function, and you'll be the early GTM hire who defines the content strategy and execution from day one.
Key responsibilities include:
- Writing and publishing high-quality content that attracts the ICP (marketing ops leaders): blog posts, LinkedIn content, and thought leadership pieces
- Building and scaling SEO presence to capture high-intent organic traffic
- Launching and managing webinar programs that educate prospects and generate demand
- Converting content into pipeline by distributing across paid and organic channels and running experiments to identify what converts
- Supporting field events and executive dinners with compelling content and collateral
- Helping shape growth tools, systems, and playbooks as the company scales
You'll work directly with Kyle, who runs product and growth. The role requires strong writing skills, comfort with end-to-end campaign ownership from ideation through execution, and the ability to experiment across channels. Experience at early-stage startups, comfort with events and executive engagement, and a track record of scaling content and growth motions at high-growth companies are valued. The role is in-person 5 days per week in San Francisco.
