Everlaw is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute a strategic content program that educates prospects and customers about the litigation and investigation management platform. You'll craft narrative-driven content that translates complex legal concepts into clear, compelling stories across multiple formats including articles, whitepapers, case studies, and website content.
In this role, you'll work closely with internal subject matter experts and external legal partners to uncover powerful customer narratives and thought leadership opportunities. You'll develop a deep understanding of Everlaw's key customer segments, their day-to-day challenges, and desired outcomes, then produce strategic content that drives inbound search traffic and supports outbound lead generation across the buyer's journey.
You'll be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on content performance metrics—production, traffic, and lead generation—running regular experiments to optimize results. As an active member of the marketing creative think tank, you'll explore innovative B2B marketing channels, trends, and formats to keep the content program fresh and effective.
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of content marketing or writing experience (or 3+ years with an advanced degree) creating impactful B2B content aligned with strategic goals. You have a strong narrative background in writing or journalism, with a talent for converting complex topics into persuasive, accessible stories. You're a collaborative project manager who can align internal stakeholders, build consensus, and deliver high-quality work on schedule. You bring curiosity and a test-and-learn mindset to content creation, regularly seeking new approaches to engage target audiences.
Bonus qualifications include a Juris Doctor (JD) or direct experience writing for legal, regulatory, or technical audiences. This is a full-time, exempt position based in the Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in-office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday with the option to work from home Tuesday and Friday.
