Coursera (now merged with Udemy) is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead content marketing initiatives for enterprise customers and specific industry verticals. This is a strategic, cross-functional role reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Content Marketing. You will conceptualize and develop high-performing content assets tailored to specific audiences and buyer personas across multiple formats: data reports, e-books, videos, webpages, articles, and webinars. You'll work as a strategist, writer, and editor—developing project briefs, messaging, and detailed outlines, then reviewing and authoring content deliverables to ensure consistency with Coursera's messaging, style, and tone. Key responsibilities include: - Defining content marketing assets aligned with campaign themes and target personas - Creating full-funnel content for priority industries and personas - Partnering with product marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, customer marketing, sales, and creative teams to drive alignment - Supporting quarterly editorial calendar planning - Handling multiple projects simultaneously while managing stakeholder alignment across marketing disciplines and sales You bring 5+ years of content marketing experience, ideally in B2B/enterprise environments. You're a strong writer with a portfolio demonstrating variety (e-books, data reports, videos, webpages). You understand SEO/AIO/GEO best practices, are comfortable with AI-powered content tools, and have experience creating audience-specific content by industry, persona, or vertical. A Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Journalism, or related field is required. Preferred: agency experience, thought leadership and product-feature content creation, understanding of ed-tech landscape, and a metrics-driven yet creative mindset.
