Ashby is seeking a Content Lead for Talent Trends to own and elevate a strategic content pillar focused on recruiting insights and talent benchmarking. This role sits within the Content & Community team and reports to the Head of Content.
You will take full ownership of Ashby's Talent Trends strategy, including editorial vision, format innovation, and multi-channel distribution (reports, newsletters, podcasts, live events, video). You'll become the industry voice and evangelist for Ashby's proprietary talent data, moderating panels at Ashby One conference, personalizing insights for key customers, and developing innovative campaigns that bring data storytelling to life both online and in-person.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting the editorial direction and identifying critical questions for recruiting leaders
- Leading cross-functional collaboration with Data, Design, and Leadership teams to align on scope and quality standards
- Representing Talent Trends consistently across all channels and events
- Partnering with Customer Success to surface customer voices and expertise alongside data
- Developing personalized data insights for specific accounts and prospects
- Championing design excellence and raising the bar on content quality and impact
- Ensuring brand consistency across reports, events, video, campaigns, and web
- Owning end-to-end execution including copy, social, landing pages, and emails
